1. Placing an Order


  • Select the product you wish to rent on our website.
  • Choose your desired rental duration. The standard rental period is four days from the date you receive the product.
  • Complete the order by entering your shipping details and payment information.
  • A deposit amount will be charged at the time of order. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the product, provided it is not damaged or lost.

2. Receiving the Product


  • Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship the product to the shipping address you provided.
  • Delivery and collection of the rental product will be handled by us, ensuring a smooth experience for you.
  • Before shipping, all products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in good condition.

3. Returning the Product


The product must be returned on the third day following your receipt of the item.

​You may return the product by either bringing it directly to our store or by shipping it back to us.

​If returning via mail, you must send us a copy of the shipping receipt as proof of return.

​Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

​Please ensure the product is packed securely and ready for collection. Any delay in returning the product will result in additional fees.

4. Deposit Refund and Condition Check


  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection.
  • ​If the product is returned in perfect condition, the full $50 deposit will be refunded to you.
  • ​If the product is damaged, lost, or has anything wrong with it upon return, the deposit will not be returned.

5. Late Returns


  • If the product is returned after the rental period has ended, a late fee of $10 per day will be deducted from your deposit.
  • If the return is excessively delayed, further action may be taken, and the deposit may be forfeited.

  • Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.

2. Choose a Try-On date

  • After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store

Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.

3. Enter your details at checkout

  • Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.

4. Receive appointment reminders

  • To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

5. Visit Us at the Store

  • On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
  • Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.

1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?

If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.

2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?

If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.
