Refund policy

At Hadid Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return Policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are in their original condition with tags attached. Special orders and on-sale items items are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
